The United Arab Emirates also known as Emirates is located in Persian Gulf sharing its borders with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Oman. UAE is a federation governed by Federal Supreme Council which consists of seven emirs of Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah Ras al-Khaimah and umm al-Qaiwain. The Federation has a central budget and all emirates contribute to the budget from their earned revenues. Abu Dhabi is the capital of UAE and emir holding the presidency also belongs to this emirate. Official religion of the state is Islam and government has implemented a policy of tolerance for other religions. National language of the state is Arabic. Majority of the population is migrant and living in the country for employment. Overall climate remains warm throughout the year, July and August are considered hottest months when average temperature remains between 45-47 degree centigrade while from January to February it has a pleasant weather.

After Saudi Arabia UAE has the most diversified and strongest economy in GCC. The economy of the federation excluding Dubai highly replies on revenues from oil, natural gas and petroleum. Tourism has boosted the entire economy for last several years. Dubai is considered the preferred designation in Middle East. It is on the fifth place in the most visited destinations in the world by tourists. UAE has developed advanced infrastructure in the region. In year 2013 Dubai International Airport was recognized as the busiest airport by international passenger traffic in the World. It ranks on the top for migration rate in all over the World.

UAE has a mix of cultures like Indian, East African and Persian but Arabian culture has its colors all around. Arabian dress has its own charm and attraction, women wear black Abaya that completely covers the body while men prefer white tunic woven from cotton or wool called Kandura. Famous traditional food of UAE is rice, meat and fish. People of Emirates have established their taste of food from other neighboring countries like India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Iran. For centuries sea food has been main component of Emirati Diet; mutton and lamb are also the most favorite meats. Overall it’s a worth seeing place, people show their hospitality towards the visitors.

Museums in UAE

AL Ain, the UEA’S garden city, home to shaped-stapled cases with irrigation systems that stretch into far distant past. It is UNESCO world culture site; it is not remarkable then that it is well equipped with institutions and forts, a visit to which will attract and encourage.

Al ain national Museum

This museum on the corner of Al Ain is a treasury of the area’s unique history and heritage. It is found in the same compound as the sultan bin Zayed fort. It has various archaeological and ethnological collections. The collection includes artifacts from archeological digs in the area before the accession as ruler of Abu Dhabi in 1966 and the museum ancestries a large collection of memorabilia centered on his daily life activities and family.

Established in 1910 for the Al Nahyan Family, the apartments of this beautifully restored fort take the visitor back to an area shaped and tribe. Sheikh Zayed resided here as a very able ruler’s representative for the region already his installation as ruler of Abu Dhabi in 1966 and the gallery houses a large of memorabilia centered on his family.

Qattara Oasis

Qattara oasis is a large fort in the centre and working fall, it is the site of an important archeological find, the Qattara tomb. It is a lengthy, contracted millennium BC grave where several of the rich artifacts displayed in Al Ain museum were found.
